Refund Policy and Service Agreement.

Services Provided by Momentum Network:
Momentum Network, located at 2500 NW 79th Ave, Doral, FL 33122, offers a range of credit repair services to its clients or Momentum Partners. The services provided are outlined in the Credit Repair Service Agreement:
1. Credit Report Evaluation and Dispute Resolution: Momentum Network will assess the client’s current credit reports from major credit reporting agencies (Experian, Equifax, and Transunion) and identify any inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information. They will then advise the client on the necessary steps to dispute and correct these issues, working in conjunction with the client.
2. Correspondence Preparation: Momentum Network will prepare all necessary correspondence to dispute inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information in the client’s credit reports. This includes drafting letters and communication on the client’s behalf.
3. Credit Profile Monitoring and Consulting: The company will continually review the client’s credit profile status with the credit reporting agencies mentioned. Monitoring, consulting, and coaching services will be provided through various means, including personal meetings, webinars, video conferencing, telephone, email, or any other suitable communication methods during normal business hours.
Fees:
In exchange for these services, the client, referred to as “Client/Momentum Partner,” agrees to pay the following fees as outlined in the fee schedule:
1. An initial document processing fee ranging from $299.99 to $99.99, depending on the selected membership package, payable at signup
2. A monthly service fee of $99.99 to $149.99 at the start of each new month of service.
Authorization for Credit Repair Action:
The client authorizes Momentum Network to take various actions to improve their credit, including making, receiving, signing, endorsing, executing, acknowledging, delivering, and possessing applications, correspondence, contracts, or agreements necessary for this purpose. This authorization is effective for credit reporting agencies such as TransUnion, Experian, Equifax, and any other relevant agencies or creditors. The client has the right to revoke this authorization in writing, and it will automatically expire twelve months from the date of signature.
Consumer Credit File Rights:
The document also outlines the client’s rights regarding their credit report, including the right to dispute inaccurate information and the rights under state and federal law related to credit reporting. It mentions the right to sue credit repair organizations that violate the Credit Repair Organization Act and the right to cancel the contract within three business days.
Notice of Right to Cancel:
The client is informed of their right to cancel the contract within three days of signing it without any penalty or obligation. The cancellation notice should be sent to Momentum Network.
Acknowledgment of Receipt of Notice:
The client acknowledges receipt of the Notice of Right to Cancel and confirms their understanding of the document by providing their digital signature, in compliance with the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (ESIGN) Act.
